We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the listing after payment
- Duplicate payments: Accidental multiple payments or billing errors
- Listing performance: Dissatisfaction with lead generation or response rates
- Technical issues: Website downtime, bugs, or other technical problems
- Account issues: Suspension, termination, or access problems
- Business changes: Closing your agency or changing business models
- Market conditions: Economic downturns or industry changes
- Competitor pricing: Finding cheaper alternatives elsewhere
- Feature limitations: Discovering the service doesn't meet your expectations
- Payment disputes: Chargebacks or credit card disputes
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a payment, you acknowledge:
- You understand this is a final, non-refundable transaction
- You agree to Razorpay's terms of service and policies
- You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
- You are authorized to make this payment
4. Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Immediate access to create your agency listing
- Listing publication on our platform
- Contact form functionality for potential clients
- Listing management capabilities
Note: We do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, or business outcomes from your listing. Our service is the platform and tools, not performance guarantees.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving our services constitutes fraud. We will:
- Immediately suspend your account and remove your listing
- Provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider
- Take legal action if necessary to recover costs and damages
- Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
6. Legal Enforceability
